Hostel Facilities

In campus hostel accommodation separately for boys and girls with proper security arrangement are provided by the college. Each hostel offers sufficient accommodation and good infrastructure facilities including common room, gym for boys and girls etc.

 

Canteen and Common Room

A canteen within the campus provides good quality snacks and meals to satisfy its clients. The common room is built with an idea to host co-curricular activities and cover a diverse range of recreational, sporting, cultural and leisurely pursuits.

 

Sports and Games

The sports and games facilities of the college provide a good mix of various indoor and outdoor sports like table tennis, carom, volleyball, football and cricket.

 

Annual Events

The college organizes annual sports meet every year to encourage its sportsmen and women. The Annual Fest is conducted for two days to encourage its students with musical talents and provide some relaxation amidst the busy campus life.

 

Central Library/Resource Centre

The Resource Centre of the college is the upgraded central library with a rapidly increasing collection of textbooks, reference books, journals, periodicals and CD ROM/DVD discs as well as e-learning facility. At present the library has books, titles, journals (both national and international). It also provides e-learning facility through DELNET. The library documentation is done through LIBSIS and works on open access system from 9:00 a.m to 6:00 p.m daily except weekly and national holidays and is the best zone of the college where the students can develop the ability to learn independently and quietly.

 

Computer Facilities

The college started using computers from its very inception both in its academic and administrative activities. To cater to the computing needs to all students and faculty for their professional activities, institute provides state-of-the-art computer laboratory. The college has modern state of the art computer laboratories for the D. Pharm, B. Pharm & M. Pharm courses within the campus for the use of students and research scholars. The large number of PCs is all connected to the high-speed campus LAN. The campus LAN is connected to the Internet through 100-Mbps, 1:1 connection. There are also high-quality laser printers, DMP printers, scanners and multimedia projectors. The B. Pharm computer laboratory is also designed to train the students in basic electronics and computer applications as well as to extend added training on computer-aided drug design and molecular modeling (QSAR-study).

 

Fire Fighting Arrangement

The institute maintains proper fire fighting arrangements to secure the well being of the students, faculty and staff members in case of any fire emergency.

 

Generator

Care for the students is our main priority and to provide them with comfort during power cuts, a generator facility has been added.

 

Elevator

We believe in providing all state-of-the-art infrastructure support. As part of infrastructural advancement, an elevator has been installed on our campus.

 

CCTV

Our campus is monitored 24×7 through CCTV cameras for safety, security and discipline as a part of student facilities. 

 

ATM

As a part of the quality student facility, an ATM facility is available adjacent to the College premises to provide uninterrupted monetary supply to the students, staff, faculty of the institution as well the community nearby.
