Pharmacology is a branch of medicine that studies the actions of drugs. The drug can be man-made, natural or an endogenous molecule. Any aspiring physician should have sound knowledge of pharmacology. With the masters’ courses in Pharmacology, students gain a thorough knowledge of medications. The medications include various routes of administration, mechanisms of action, pharmacokinetics, adverse drug reactions and dosage schedules.
