Prof. (Dr.) Suddhasattya Dey
Professor and In-Charge Principal

Prof. (Dr.) Suddhasattya Dey, working as Professor and in-charge principal of IQ City Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences. He completed his B.Pharm from Royal College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences B.P.U.T, in 2007. He earned his master’s degree in Pharmaceutical Chemistry from Gupta College of Technological Sciences, Asansol, West Bengal in 2009. He received his Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Chemistry in 2020. His areas of interest are various analytical and bio-analytical techniques, validation of drugs along with their metabolites, stability study, pharmacokinetic Study, Isolation and activity (anticancer), natural product chemistry, structural determination through different spectral techniques (NMR, MS, FTIR, etc) and computational chemistry. He actively participated and presented at various conferences (both National and International levels). He has 2 design patents and numerous numbers of publications (85 publications) in reputed journals in both national and international journals.

Mr. Sourav Roy
Assistant Professor

Mr. Sourav Roy, working as an Assistant Professor at IQ City Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences. He completed his B.Pharm from Dr. B. C. Roy College of Pharmacy and A. H. S Durgapur, West Bengal in 2021. He received his master’s degree in Pharmacology from Dr. B. C. Roy College of Pharmacy and A. H. S Durgapur, West Bengal in 2023. His areas of interest are the Isolation of Natural Products and different animal modeling, blood withdrawal techniques, Neuropsychopharmacology, safety and efficacy of herbal medicine, and different Analytical Techniques. He actively participated and presented at various conferences (both National and International levels).

Anjan Mondal
Assistant Professor

Mr. Anjan Mondal, working as an Assistant Professor at IQ City Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences. He completed his B.Pharm from Dr. B. C. Roy College of Pharmacy and A. H. S Durgapur, West Bengal in 2019. He received his master’s degree in Pharmacology from Dr. B. C. Roy College of Pharmacy and A. H. S Durgapur, West Bengal in 2021. His areas of interest are the Isolation of Natural Products and different animal modeling, blood withdrawal techniques, and different Analytical Techniques. Currently, he is pursuing his Ph.D. in pharmacology. He has 2 paper patents and 2 publications in reputed journals. He actively participated in various conferences (both National and International levels).

Arijit Mondal
Assistant Professor

Mr. Arijit Mondal, working as an Assistant Professor at IQ City Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences. He completed his B.Pharm from Bengal College of Pharmaceutical Sciences & Research, West Bengal in 2019. He received his master’s degree in Pharmaceutical Chemistry from Guru Nanak Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences & Technology, West Bengal in 2022. His areas of interest are analytical chemistry, natural product chemistry, and computational chemistry. Currently, he is pursuing his Ph.D. in pharmaceutical chemistry.  He has 1 paper patent, 1 designed patient, and 4 publications in reputed journals. He actively participated in various conferences (both National and International levels). He is an active member of the West Bengal Pharmacy Council (WBPC) and APTI.

Bishal Banerjee      
Assistant professor

Mr. Bishal Banerjee, working as an Assistant Professor at IQ City Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences. He completed his B.Pharm from Gupta College of Technological Sciences, Asansol, West Bengal in 2021. He received his master’s degree in Pharmacology from Dr. B. C. Roy College of Pharmacy and A. H. S Durgapur, West Bengal in 2023. His areas of interest are animal handling, bleeding techniques, various routes of drug administration, different techniques of animal surgery (Brain surgery, castration, semicastration), addiction models, mood disorder models, Neuropharmacology, computational chemistry, and bio-analytical techniques. He got 1^st position in the national seminar (Recent Development in Drug Development and Clinical Data Management at Gupta College of Technological Sciences and also 1^st position in an international level seminar in poster presentation 12^th Society of Pharmaceutical Education &   Research.

Bishal Sarkar
Assistant Professor

Mr. Bishal Sarkar, working as an Assistant Professor at IQ City Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences. He completed his B.Pharm from BCDA College of Pharmacy & Technology, Hridaypur, Kolkata, West Bengal in 2021. He received his master’s degree in Pharmacology from Dr. B. C. Roy College of Pharmacy and A. H. S Durgapur, West Bengal in 2023. His areas of interest are solubility Enhancement, co-crystallization, and solid dispersion. He actively participated and presented at various conferences (both National and International levels). He is an active member of the West Bengal Pharmacy Council (WBPC).

Miss. Shreema Baksi
Assistant Professor

Miss. Shreema Baksi working as an Assistant Professor at IQ City Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences. She completed her B.Pharm from Dr. B. C. Roy College of Pharmacy and A. H. S Durgapur, West Bengal in 2021. She received her master’s degree in Pharmacology from Dr. B. C. Roy College of Pharmacy and A. H. S Durgapur, West Bengal in 2023. Her areas of interest are Natural Products, preclinical Studies, nutraceuticals, animal models of sleep potentiating, brain dissection, and spectrofluorometers. She actively participated and presented in various conferences (both National and International levels).
